SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with us. Every artwork is made to order with care, carefully packaged, and shipped directly to your door.
FREE SHIPPING
We offer FREE SHIPPING to the USA, Canada, Australia, Europe.
ORDER PROCESSING
Each piece is made to order through a partly manual process to ensure premium quality. Because of this, please allow time for your artwork to be produced, inspected, packed, and prepared for shipment before it leaves our facility.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Orders to the USA and Europe typically arrive within 8–11 business days.
For larger pieces, please allow 11–15 business days for delivery.
Orders to all other countries generally arrive within 8–14 business days, depending on the destination, local carrier service, and customs processing.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to holidays, weather, customs delays, high order volume, or other carrier-related issues outside of our control.
MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
All of our artwork is made to order. This allows us to create each piece fresh, maintain high quality standards, and reduce unnecessary waste.
Because each item is produced specifically for your order, production time is included in the estimated delivery window.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the shipment has been handed to the carrier.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the information before your order is shipped.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your package appears to be delayed or lost in transit, please contact us and we will help you investigate the issue with the shipping carrier.
We are committed to making sure your order arrives safely and will work with you to find the best solution.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
We will review the issue and make it right through a replacement or another suitable solution.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
For international orders, customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price unless stated otherwise.
